Kids Class
Our kids class offers a fun, friendly, and safe environment for children ages 8 to 16. Students learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques that will give them the self-confidence to deal with bullying no matter what the size, strength or gender of the bully. Students have fun while exercising and socializing with other children.

Adult Classes
Adult classes are based on the make up of each class, with the priority going to beginners.

Open Mat
In this class you will have an opportunity to practice in an open forum, while improving your skills by practicing with some of our more advanced students. They are also there to answer any question's you may have.
